Refund policy

General Information

At A Fresh Day Co., all purchases are final. Refunds or returns are only offered for items that are damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, promotional items, or gift cards.
  • This includes orders with self pick-up or those shipped via your own courier services, as we cannot be held responsible for any third-party damage.

Damages and Issues

We offer a 14-day inspection window, starting from the date you receive your order. During this period, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number.
  • Return shipping costs, i.e. tracked mail postage, are your responsibility.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email hello@afreshday.co with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Attach photos or videos to help us assess your claim.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps if your return is approved.


Important:

  • Do not send items back without prior approval. Unapproved or non-tracked returns will not be processed.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s), processing time for returns is up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Refunds are not available for sale items, promotional items, or gift cards.
